Dr Mananya P. Satayaprasert, MD

I am so sorry to post this, but I feel strongly about the neglect that my mother has suffered from the hands of this doctor. My mom has had migraine and seizure type symptoms since the end of May. Dr. Satayaprasert was her neurologist, in fact my sweet mom sent her a lovely thank you note after the first visit. Since then my Dad has called Dr. M for help with mom's symptoms and he has never gotten a call back from her, just her medical assistants, even after mom has been taken to the emergency room and has been admitted three times. She finally had an appointment on the day that the 101 was closed because of an accident. The staff at the office were aware of the accident and when my parents arrived late, they were told to reschedule. My mom was so bad off off that she was admitted to Cottage an hour later. Mom still has no diagnosis, but she is receiving care from Dr. Delio, with Dr. M still MIA. Dr. M is heartless.
