I believe Dr. Ladrigan means well. However, she has some of the worst bedside manner(s) I have ever witnessed. I am an RN who became a patient of Dr Ladrigan's for a short period of time in 2024. Dr. Ladrigan appears to display symptoms of autism. She rarely makes eye contact, repeats "ok" about a thousand times per ten minutes. Her frequent repetition of the word "ok" underneath her breath appears to be a self-soothing mechanism of hers to get her through the appointment. She also has some of the worst bromhidrosis I have experienced. In summary, I don't believe Dr. Ladrigan intentionally tries to be rude as some of the other reviewers have suggested. She is just extremely socially awkward and does not belong in this profession.

I've been a long term patient of Dr. Ladrigan with regular checkups and some minor procedures over the years. Yesterday she saved me from serious misery by taking care of a large ugly hematoma after I was hit by a car on my bike. She is simply top notch. Warm, comforting and professional all at once. Thank you!

Dr Ladrigan is amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind and she addressed all my concerns patiently. The office staff made me feel very welcomed. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a dermatologist.

Dr Ladrigan was absolutely wonderful. She treated my teens with great respect and comfort. I am so grateful to find a dermatologist like her right here in Webster!

Myself and friends have seen Dr. Ladrigan in recent weeks and all of us have been pleased with her expertise, her accessibility, her friendliness - the office staff, etc. We are especially happy that a Dermatologist has come to Webster ( where life is worth living) finally.

Dr. Ladrigan was not only a breeze to get in with, she is better than any doctor that you will wait months to see. She is compassionate and listens to all of your concerns. She spent a lot of time explaining my condition to me and how we were going to fix it. She is very knowledgeable about a lot of treatments. Her staff are so nice and always remember my name.
