Dr. Manav Jasrotia, MD

I went in to see Dr Jasrotia for a examination about a Federal job I was testing for. His duties were simple, fill in blanks and spaces where required with explanations. I asked him to be fairly detailed as this was a Federal government job and I wanted to make sure they had no further questions. He examined me, took some notes and said his office would fax the paperwork for me. Well he didn't do as asked, he wasn't detailed, he gave simple explanations and therefore the employer kept me on a medical hold. They faxed a request to his office asking for a more complete evaluation (in reality a paragraph would have sufficed) so they could make a final determination on my status. 3 weeks goes by and they have no response. I went to the office and when I explained the situation to the front office staffer she laughed and said they were about 3 weeks behind in answering inquiries. I asked her if she could possibly find the request in question and she did a short search and proclaimed she… couldn't find it. I then asked if she could have Dr. Jasrotia call me so I could try and get this fixed. I mentioned that I might also have a PSA test scheduled if I felt it was needed. A staffer calls back 2 days later to tell me he scheduled the test for me but I get no call from him about the paperwork follow up I need. Seems this office and Dr. Jasrotia do not listen for a darn, they are lazy, incompetent or both. Run from these people if you care about good medical care and service.
