Ive seen this doctor twice. Once I had tonsillitis, and he gave me a small amount of Amoxicillin. Having this not work in the past, I asked him to please see if there was something different he could give me and he said no. I asked what I should do about pain (on a scale of 1-10 it was about an 8) which he replied "ibuprofen should be fine." The following week I went on vacation and was only getting worse. I ended up being rushed to the nearest hospital in a different state where they gave me a very high amount of Amoxicillin, Steroids, pills to help me sleep, and 2 big bottles of stuff to swallow to numb it. Then the past 3 days ive had a bad ear ache. I went in today and he was in the room for about 5 mins tottal and asked how I was doing and I said im in alot of pain and he said "Well you have swimmers ear along with an inner ear infection...Maybe you just shouldn't swim. k? Ill give you ear drops" So I asked about getting medicine to help the pain (which might I add is unbearable,… I was crying through the whole appointment). He told me that the ear drops would numb my ear and that I wouldn't feel any pain. And yet here I am at home, have taken 3 doses already...Not only does it not numb AT ALL, but it makes it burn. So im going to continue to cry and not sleep at night because this doctor is too "busy" to pay attention to what he's even giving me. Oh did I mention that I waited 30 mins on him when we were the ONLY people in Urgent Care? I will NEVER see him again. He has no idea what he's doing and will not listen to his patients.

I have seen this Dr 3 times now. The first time he was rude but I figured maybe he was having a rough day. My daughter had a ear infection and we told him her ear was very tender and still he pulled at her ear very roughly making her cry in pain for about 30 min.... the 2nd time we saw him he was so consumed in his telephone call I am not sure he even took the time to properly diagnose my daughter!He didn't even have the courtesy to put the call on hold, he continued to talk threw his bluetooth, I am almost positive that is some sort of a violation. (looking into that currently) He also had a very loud conversation with whomever he was on the phone with, basically about lower income patients and how he hated treating them. 3rd time, and absolute last time I will ever see him again, he wouldn't even take the time to swab my daughters throat to check for strep. She indeed did have strep!! If you have the option to avoid him please do he was unbelievably rude, and obviously only does… his job for the status and money. HORRIBLE DOCTOR!

Dr. Bolina is an excellent physician, i've referred my entire family to his practice, and must say his confidence and approach to health care well beyond the standard!
