I believe that it is a sad day to have to go thru the recording that is set up to have someone call you back to set an appointment. Both myself and my wife tried to set an appoint last week, going thru the recording . It took 2 days, NO ONE, returned our calls the first day. Since I left the office, I’ve been to the Emergency Room and back to Dr Rungta’s office. After I left his office I’ve had missed calls from Heather and could not get back to her thru the recording and have still not spoke with her about my test results. I like Dr Rungta and have referred friends in the past

Can not trust his word. Bad experience regarding his charges for a colonoscopy. No prices are to be known before procedure. Total cost $20257, composed of 4 bills from: 1) Dr. Manish Rungta $4725 and $ 1115; 2) Bay Area facility $8472; 3) Anesthesia $ 1400; 4) Lab. Pathology $ 4545. So those with high deductible and coinsurance be aware how much you have to pay. Outrageous price for the procedure and they never tell you ahead. All they care is for you to accept doing it. Actually there is no trust here to make sure it is medically necessary or it is business necessary on his part. For those who need a really caring doctor try to find somewhere else where medical act is a priority.
