Dr. Manouchehr Refaeian, MD

This doctor and his staff are beyond excellent. Dr Refaeian has always given me straight answers, shown actual concern about my problems, and is always willing to try new things to help me with my pain. Dr Refaeian is the best pain management clinic in town. He is.always looking for new advancements in treatments and medicine. If you have questions or want to try something new, he will give you his exact thoughts on the situation and tell you what will work best for you. I know I would not be where.i am in my recovery without him.

This doctor goes over and above his call of duty. He is patient and explains things to you and cares about your progress. His staff is courteous, too!

The women at the front desk (all of them), are cold and act like they could care less about anything other than, what now? I got my stuff to do, you are interrupting. You ask them something, and if it is out of the normal line of questions, then they get irritated and make a sour face. I seen this not only with me, but with other patients. If you have an appointment, you can bet it will be way after your time (both times for me, one hour) before you are seen. The rooms are old and not very clean.

When I initially called the office to set up an appointment, I asked if I was going to need anything to bring with me. The answer was no and that I could just walk-in Monday -Thursday. The day I went in, I was in miserable back pain and the receptionist didn't make it any better. She was rude, crude, and lewd; shooting question after question. "What 's your name", "Why are you here", "Whose your doctor", "What's wrong with you", "Where's your paperwork", "What insurance do you have"? She was very ugly, no compassion. I couldn't finish with one question when she was spitting out the next one. I'm telling you, watch for that little witch with light brown hair and piercings in her face. If that is how they treat you in the front, I don't want to know what its like in the back. Keep your practice Doc, I'll find someone else to take care of my pain

Hes a nice guy but does not do his job correctly. I got hurt on the job and after doing an xray he said that I was having muscle spasms. He gave me a lumber support but I went ahead and went to my primary doctor and they did an MRI and I had a bulging disc. Other people that I have talked to you have gotten injured on the job all the companies send the injured patients to this doctor. His job is to tell every patient that you are not injured that it is a muscle spasm a sprain or something very light. The reason for that is so he can continue to make money off the companies. If he tells one of the patients that they are injured and they are liable for workmen's compensation the company loses money so he does not want that because he ends up losing money.

I have been this doctors patient for approximately 15 years. He is my main man because he helps me from going crazy with this horrible chronic pain. Dr R has also been my families' doctor. I consider him my primary physician for he is number one in my book. I can talk to him about everything and he always listens. I love Dr. R and would never switch. We have grown older together. He and I have gone through a lot together and he treats you like a part of his family which one big asset in his favor. My entire family love Dr. R. I highly recommend Dr. R. He is a beautiful person.

the best doctor ever. My horrible, chronic pain went away shortly after seeing the doctor. He fights for his patient.
