Dr. Manpreet Kaur Multani

My experience with the office staff has unfortunately not matched the exceptional care, empathy, and genuine concern for my well-being provided by the doctor Multani. Despite the doctor's commendable approach to patient care, I've encountered significant challenges on the administrative side. The staff's responsiveness has been consistently lacking, severely hindering effective communication. Despite numerous attempts to follow up on questions, and to schedule appointments, my efforts have often been met with delays or, more dishearteningly, no response at all. This situation has been particularly frustrating regarding my attempt to schedule an injection appointment. Despite waiting for almost four months, leaving several voicemails, and even reaching out via text message—a method which elicited a single response—the lack of follow-through from the office has left me in a state of limbo and frustration.

I saw here because my regular neurologist was unavailable. They are in the same medical group. She kept answering her cell phone while in the exam room with me, during my exam. She kept losing her train of thought because of the interruptions. A neuro visit is nerve racking as it is, but even more so because of her unprofessionalism. She didn’t answer my questions because she left to take a cell phone call outside this time and didn’t come back. Maybe this was a once off occasion who knows. She was new to this medical practice at the time. But I won’t be seeing her again. I do not have much confidence in her.

She is the best doctor !
