there is a lot of gossip among the admin staff, the lab and assistants about patients. If one is offended they spread it. It's cultural. Dr. G has no objective, professional info just what they tell him.

Too often some female staff do not provide clear, accurate information in a friendly manner, especially in phone calls. Supervisors defend them when patients bring them up, and work to get you Discharged as a patient. Explains why their patient satisfaction scores are only 3.5/5.0.

Its extremely difficult to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. You are either placed on hold for a long time, or you are constantly listening to the recording. You have to try for days to get an appointment and when you do get to speak to someone they sound rush and in a hurry. They rush you off the phone. When you cannot get hold of your doctor office, its time to look elsewhere for another doctor.

How can anyone take a doctor seriously who plays Fox News in the waiting room? And this is not just a one time occurrence, it's been the case for YEARS.

Refused to give referral for chiropractor so that I could get adjustments for lower back pain. Said it is not his policy and I should go see my orthopedic doctor. Now looking for new PCP.

Awful office support resulting in labs not being ordered and calls being missed. Made appointment with Dr. Galceran only to be seen by PA. He does not listen to past history and other doctors successful treatments thinkin he has the only answer. Caused more problems than he helped. Overall bad experience over years. Will be going elsewhere.

very good doctor, I have been with them 17 years. Staff going down hill very fast and not alone in that assessment. Saw two walk out angry in last visit, 25 minute wait just to draw blood. Neighbor took records and walked also!

I love Dr. Galceran and his staff. I always feel that I am well taken care of when I am there. I have already recommended my closest family and friends. I beleive he is the best local Orlando doctor.
