IF you are the type of person that run to the dr. for every little thing ,YOU ARE GOOD! IF not, Don't ever get sick. The office front staff including manager doesn't have professional skills, they are rude IN PERSON AND OVER THE PHONE plus this office doesn't accept " WALK INS " ...While understanding the NO walk in policy after if was rudely explained to me.. if you show up there, that's a clear indication its a problem that needs to be addressed.. Believing no DR. should turn you away to a urgent care facility if you are in his/her care and don't have a appointment Thank GOD for other providers.!

Dr. Feirtag was the best doctor. The staff is stressed & over worked. Dr. Ramos waits 6-7 business before contacting you with results. I had to call & remind him. (not good) He will get you in & get you out with plenty of prescriptions in your hand. I have changed to a doctor that cares & put my best interest. His patients looks very over weight & over medicated. I would NEVER recommend to anyone.

I think Dr. Ramos is an excellent practitioner. He listens to your concerns, follow-up on health issues as well as treat what is your medical problem. Dr. Ramos is easy to talk to and definitely a good listener. He is compassionate and understanding. You can always count on Dr. Ramos contacting you, when you call with a health concern. There are no limits in his treating you to make sure the end results for your health is good. I recommend anyone who is looking for a doctor who is caring and knowledgeable to go to him.
