I see Dr.Pedra-Nobre for a severe rheumatologic condition . She is always courteous and very professional. The staff is very helpfull

I recently went in to see dr. Nobre and my appointment was for 1:45 and the nurse didn't call me in until 2:36 taking my vitals and then telling me to wait outside again because there was not a room available. Waiting another 10 mins in the waiting around I was very annoyed. I informed the receptionist that I refuse to wait any longer and they then said she would see me now. I believe she thinks that spending a lot of time with the patient in the exam room excuses the long wait but when I went in to see her she wanted to go over all my meds again that I have given her 4 weeks prior to my visit. Her office has gone paperless and it seems that they can get it straight what they are doing she got annoyed with me when I asked her was she sure she had my info on the iPad because I just feel I go thought the list of meds all the time with you and being that you are prescribed the meds for me why do I have to tell you what they are can't you just look them up!! On top of this I learned… from my other doctors that she doesn't share the bloodiest the she claims I must take every time I'm there with the other doctors. I'm going to start to look for another doctor this has gone on far too long!

I've been through a few rheumatologists after my initial diagnosis and found Dr. Pedra-Nobre to be the most professional in every way. From her evaluations through her treatment plan and follow up, I have been extremely satisfied. Although there may be a bit of wait to get in sometimes, I never feel rushed or that I did not get the attention I needed from the doctor to deal with whatever that particular visit called for. Would highly recommend.

I recently visit Dr.Pedra Nobre for a consultation.I was very satisfied with the experience . The office staff is very pleasant and the Dr. Pedra Nobre was affable toward me, spent a significant amount of time with me during the consultation and even call me on follow up. I plan to continue with her for the treatment of my condition. Definitively highly recommendable.

I went to this doctor a year ago. I will never go back. The staff- from the receptionist at the front desk who answers the phone (and is rude about it) and checks patients in, to the nurse who takes blood- are so cold, unfriendly and curt. Very unprofessional and no compassion in evidence. Dr. P-N is cold as well. No bedside manner, no friendliness whatsoever. Friendliness and kindness are not necessities in a doctor or their staff, but it is reassuring and comforting when you are ill to have people around you that seem concerned and caring. Not one shred of this was shown. The expertise is not up to par or impressive in any way, so it does not offset the lack of compassion.

I went to see Dr. Pedra-Nobre 2 weeks ago. I let the rceptionist know that I had to bring my newborn to the appt. since I didn't have childcare for him. We waited over 2 hours before I was finally seen. The office was very very warm. I have called the office 4 times regarding the results of my bloodwork. Today I finally received a call about the results but the receptionist I spoke with couldn't provide any information on what the results actualy mean. I am extremely frustrated and will be canceling my follow up apptl. in order to see someone else.

My overall experience was excellent.The office is clean and beautifull.From the front desk to the doctor I was treated as a unique individual.The doctor have excellent bedside manners and never rushing.She diagnosed and treat my condition apropriatly. Defenitively recommnendable.

I have never had a worse experience with a doctor. I waited 90 minutes to see her but I kept an open mind. I left with instructions to get further tests, including an echocardiogram but she did not give me a prescription. When I called several days later for clarification about this test, I went back and forth several times (and phone calls - at least 4 separate phone calls) with the receptionist, who clearly did not understand what I was supposed to do. Finally, I asked to speak directly with the doctor and I was refused. The receptionist also gave me the results of my bloodwork. That is when I decided to find another doctor who could be available to me if I needed to speak to her for clarification or to answer my questions.

She misread my labs from another doctor (she was somehow unable to see that the big "N" next to one of the results meant "Negative", so she reordered it at my expense--only to have it come back negative). She also gave me instructions that were incredibly dangerous, only to backpedal a couple of weeks later and claim I had made up every single word that she had told me. She made me out to be a liar, simply because she couldn't remember what she said. I have since discussed my experience with her with several other doctors in the area; all of them agreed that her disorganization/lack of memory could have jeopardized my health had I not sought a second opinion! She obviously does not have her act together. STAY AWAY.

I was disapointed the staff at the desk, the very old and outdated office and the wait time for the doctor. On top of that she drew blood and then went to see another patient - making me wait while she did stats and then she returned to tell me she was sending out the blood work. Unprofessional. I had to ring several times to get my results with a probable Dx and then the office never faxed over the results to my gen prac! I won't return.
