NEVER CALLED TWICE - TWO DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS! TERRIBLE!

The front girl is so very rude and inconsiderate. I have heard the same from many others. I cannot figure out why Dr. Kazi keeps her. If there's a simple issue like a wrong dosage on a perception, rather the help you she makes you wait for a long period of time to see the doctor just to correct a mistake made by the staff who sends in the prescriptions to the pharmacy.

They do not address problem, follow up or process a request after 2 months! Said they sent request to Lab Corp for full panel. After fasting went to Lab Corp and they did not have a request. We called for them to fax over. They faxed over an unreadable paper and not what Lab Corp could take.

Gabby is such a rude and unprofessional, person if she talk to me the way she though it was okay to talked to my husband, she would of gotten some ugly words said right back towards her I might not sound very woman like and immature, but you need to talk to people with respect, and kindness cause you might just catch the wrong person. Dr. Kazi is not the doctor we recommend..

Neither the office or the Referral Department return calls even when the situation is critical.

Doctor Kazi is wonderful , he has saved my fathers life twice . He is the most thoughtful and caring Doctor our family has ever worked with. Using a great balance of natural and modern medicine, common sense and technology he works to solve your health problems and does it with such passion. He sincere, kind and a good man, a pleasure to work with and have as our Doctor .

Wonderful experience. In and out with in an hour. Amazing for an urgent care. Both Kate and Karen are wonderful. The covering Dr was just as great as Dr Kazi. I know where I will be going when I get sick again.

Dr, Kazi is a good Doctor, if you can manage to see him He has the rudest inefficient office staff imaginable. The office is dirty and crowded, the basin in the one bathroom was inoperable for months (urine specs were collected there.Even with an app.t I was kept waiting 1 1/2 hours until I left and I was 98 yearsold and with oxygen.
