Doc seems to know his stuff but is very, very busy. Biggest complaint is wait time and very cold office (definitely bring a sweater if you're dressed for an Arizona summer - otherwise, you'll freeze while you wait the hour after your scheduled appointment. Don't other getting there early.) Doc tells you basic cancer diagnosis then says "so and so will discuss treatment, next steps and answer any additional question." And that's pretty much it. So, it's okay. Staff are nice and everyone seems knowledgeable, just seems to be perpetually behind schedule and cold. I mean, you're there by circumstances beyond your control. If you have to be there for hours, you should at least be comfortable.Would be nice if they had a lab on-site or used a lab in the hospital there or something. Have to wait ages to get to the phlebotomist and then another week for results from the lab Sonora Quest they ship off to. They're in the Shea Piper hospital and medical center complex - you would think… there would be a lab there. But, doc doesn't have control of that, so not so much a reflection of him, just with the agency in general.
