I was explaining things about what was going on and I felt very rushed. And that she did not hear one of my concerns that I had mentioned. I understood the risk if a procedure was completed and the fact that insurance may not cover or deny the procedure. I didn't feel like I was really heard.

Very caring and took care of me like a professional

Dr. Modzeski was definitely friendly and may be a competent physician (tbd), but I left her office feeling frustrated and annoyed. The appointment felt VERY rushed. I absolutely despise it when doctors cannot take a second a breathe and give their patients their full attention. I understand the practice is busy, but it's no excuse to feel as though you've entered a whirlwind, feeling as though your questions have to be forced into the conversation by a narrow escape as the doctor is trying to rush out the door. I have a young, well-equipped mind, but even so, I left feeling frazzled and unable to remember what all was said because it was in such a flurry. I cannot imagine what an elderly or fragile mind would feel like. Come on Dr. Modzeski...breathe, slow down a fraction of a second, and do better.

Had her mind made up about my diagnosis and treatment before I could speak. Spent 5 minutes lecturing to me. This young doctor needs to learn how to listen to her patients.

Very thorough, gentle, took her time.
