Dr. M. Joshua Berkowitz

Worst treatment...terrible bedside manner! This individual does not take the time to explain, assure, or understand his patients. He is uncaring and quick to dismiss any questions or concerns because he doesn't have time! I needed a procedure done and when asked what was going to transpire he dismissed my concerns and proceeded to change the subject. He rushes you in and out like cattle with absolutely no compassion or understanding for his patients needs or worries. I would not take a rabid dog to see this person (I would not even give him the title of doctor!) My appointment was rushed, I felt disrespected, he never listened and/or answered questions, I do not trust the provider's decisions, it takes forever to schedule an appointment for anything and none of my conditions were well explained.

I can echo what the other reviewers said. Dr. Berkowitz was assigned to me in the hospital and I could not be happier that I ended up with him. He is not only an excellent cardiologist, but he has a way of making you feel comfortable and reassured, even if you are anxious and worried about your condition. His office staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the office environment is very pleasant. If the doctor is delayed, which does not happen often, the staff keeps you informed so you don't feel like your time doesn't matter.

Dr. Berkowitz has been my cardiologist for 5 years. He has been there every step of way with my heart disease. He always listens and so far has done a great job of keeping me alive. I would highly recommend Dr. Berkowitz to anyone.
