I suffered permanent damage from as did the last person who wrote review. He even falsified records to “cover his tracks”. I still suffering after years.

After years of severe headaches, dizziness, migraine headaches, vision issues, nausea, hearing pain, Eustachian Tube issues and terrible sinus pain. I’m healing. Dr. Dean and his P.A. Audrey are the best team. After a thorough review of my many issues and tests Dr. Dean found my multiple problems. I’m out of surgery now, I can already tell, I’m going to be better. Im so grateful that Dr. Dean has taken the specialized time and training to become among the best in his field. I was in so much pain for so long. I prayed over my list of doctors, not knowing where to start, ENT… I needed more than an ENT, my issues required Marc Dean, MD he is is a board certified otorhinolaryngologist. I saw his name, The Lord gave me peace. I called, his office staff is top notch, helpful and courteous. Aside from a good looking most handsome doctor, he is very intelligent and takes time to explain everything until we understand it all! I’ve been to a lot of ENT in Austin texas and in Houston but he is the one who saved my lifetime ear pain!! I promise you and trust me I’ven through a lot and suffered chronic ear pain since childhood and Dr. Dean was the only one who understand and solved my problem! Very highly recommended! Great Doctor, treated my ET problems with resolution.

My wife went in because of sinus and headache problems. He did some tests and determined it looked like she may have a sinus infection. They did some cultures and finally determined that she has Stenotrophomonas Maltophilia. He was puzzled because he had never heard of it before. I am told he should have referred her to a Infectious Disease Specialist because the treatments didn't work. He decided to do a total of 4 surgeries, damaged her ears beyond repair and then gave up on her.
