Dr. Marc Daniel Eisen, MD

estibular Migraine without pain After 5 yrs + of 27/7 vertigo with episodes of non stop vomiting every couple of months, I finally got a diagnosis from Dr. Eisen as having Vestibular Migraines without headache. Having never heard of this, I had no idea how to proceed, how to function as it has halted every aspect of my life for years. Until this point I had never seen Dr. Eisen, only his staff. In our first meeting (in a 10 minute video results appointment) he gave me no clear path forward, only one idea as to how I might handle extreme episodes. A week later I called with questions, at this point he became extremely rude and dismissive. Only after his total hissy-fit did he give me a number for a physical therapist and proceeded to tell me that he did not want to hear from me again for at least 3 months. He will not be hearing from me again.

Dr Eisen did both of my cochlear implants starting in 2017 and in 2018 He knows his stuff. Do I recommend him. Yes I do. I tell everyone about him. He fixed my ears so I can continue working. Thankyou for the great work you do. He changed my life. Call him he is worth it. Thanks Susan G Vernon ct

I was really put off by Dr. Eisen's aloofnes. He didn't seem to want to hear what I had to say about my vertigo and the reports from my vestibular therapist. Basically told me I didn't have vertigo, even though 2 neurologists diagnosed me with it. Didn't find him helpful at all.

I went to see several ENT asked for help with Tinnitus. They weren't helping. I went to see this last ENT. First thing they did was put me down to hearing test and said you're candidate for Cochlear Implant. I was confused what? Really? I'm fine with hearing aids. They took me to see Dr. There were like four people in there asking me why I want implant. I started to say well back in 1997 I've had terrible Tinnitus ...audiologist interrupted me no why implant? I said I'm ok to be able hear like letter S T Ch St..then she said there you go you're qualified. She and other two left. Dr said you need make an appt for CAT scan. I went and had it done and came back to see Dr. He said it looks good. I asked if that helps with Tinnitus. He shrugged his shoulder but no warning. He explained after implanted I may lose taste, facial paralysis and tinnitus temporarily. I asked several friends and other people who got implanted, many said it helps. Well I'm a BIG sucker. I got FIVE tinnitus, lost… taste (got a little back) that never went away. Now it's 4 yrs later, I called and ask to make an appt for tinnitus. Guess what he said.. I can't refer you to Tinnitus specialist because you have CI. THANKS A LOT U RUINED MY LIFE I CAN'T STAND LOUD GRINDING NOISE EVERY FREAKING DAY. People if you want CI do your research!

I saw him for very serious vertigo and hearing loss in one ear. Would not go to any other doctor. Extremely knowledge, compassionate, encouraging when I was extremley scared and feeling hopeless, and most important, he got me back on my feet.

Dr. Eisen was clear with his explanation of my problem. I felt comfortable as he answered all questions.

I saw Dr. Eisen in 2015 for vertigo, tinnitus and hearing loss. I could not work, drive, or keep food down. My entire life was turned up side down literally ! I was a mess. I would of never got better without him. I am truly grateful for Dr. Eisen and is patience, compassion and knowledge. I always say that I hope I never have to see him again, but it is comforting to know he is there. I have been free of vertigo for 1 year and 4 months. He is a expert. I would not go to anyone else. His entire staff is amazing.

Waited 2 hours to be seen and I was one of his morning appointments. Never examined me. Only went through test results and said nothing is wrong. Don't waste your time. Saw him since he was only a week wait for a new patient. Going to see another doctor and wait 5 weeks.
