His research focuses on the clinical aspects of immunosuppressed pediatric patients,including those with HIV and organ transplants. Dr. Foca’s work has been shared at national invited lectures and international expert panels and published in a number of peer-reviewed journals, books and abstracts.Dr. Foca has been named one of Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors in pediatric infectious diseases from 2014 to 2020. He is board certified in pediatric infectious diseases and a member of numerous professional societies, including the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society and the American Society of Transplantation.
