He spent less than a minute asking what was my issue, then he left leaving me in the exam room for a long time. Then I went out found he was siting in his desk as if I was not exist. I was almost crying there descripting my hip pain, but he continued ignoring my questions and told me I needed hip injection and come back in 3 months after jip injection. Maybe it was his bad day?@!! How those good views come from?

If you're looking for a friend get a puppy and if you want a Doctor to replace your knee or hip and get your life back, see Dr. Fuchs. He'll do what's needed and ask you to do the same and if you do the results will show. Recommend him to any family or wanyone that ask.

Dr Fuchs is not a "shoulder pain" man--he deals with hips and knees. He referred our shoulder pain complaints to a colleague with that specialty. Husband recently had full knee replacement surgery done by Dr Fuchs. Best experience ever. Dr Fuchs is an accurate, caring, and dedicated surgeon. Albany Medical Center employees informed us several times before and after surgery that Dr Fuchs has high standards of patient care that they strive to meet.

Saw him years ago for a shoulder pain. He spent about 30 seconds speaking with me (with his hand on the door handle), ordered and charged for x-rays even though I brought my own recent ones. Came back for 30 seconds and told me there was "nothing wrong with my shoulder" and abruptly left the room. I saw another provider shortly thereafter and got a real diagnosis and yes, there was something wrong with my shoulder. This goes much further than a bad bedside manner. It is scamming, maximizing profits and neglecting the patient. Steer clear.

Been seeing him for years. He better be as good as a doctor as my "group" says he is. He on a good day, is intolerable. He did my sisters one knee, refused her pain meds Shes almost 60 and a preschool teacher. Drove her out of a job. and a year in tears . ( Putz).

Excellent result from surgery after hip fracture. Six years after, complete range of motion. Highly recommend Dr. Fuchs.

Dr Fuchs replaced both my hips, and I found him to be the best doctor I could have wanted for such procedures. He is a man of empathy and integrity. I recommend him highly and without reservation. While I'm at it, I also want to say that the nursing staff at Albany Med (othopedic floors) were also excellent.

dr fuch is a no nonsense doctor who demands the same from everyone around him.the only critisism of doc is that he does not make much of a personal connection with his patients during this very stressful time.i would refer him to anyone.
