Dr. Marc Goldstein, DO

Although, the doctor is very nice, his staff is totally unprofessional and disorganized. I don't know if he doesn't care but he should observe and listen to how his office is being run. The people working there lack courtesy, professionalism and don't seem to care! There is absolutely no follow-up and it's impossible to get an appointment. I don't not recommend this practice.

I chose this doctor because he visits patients at home. He was very nice and answered all my questions and provided the prescriptions that I needed. His staff, however, is very rude. Every time I have called Vanessa for a follow-up on the recommendations he provided, she is short on the phone, never has time to listen and practically slams the phone down like it's a bother to her. I don't understand as this is a service job to patients and his staff is the first point of contact representing him. I feel he needs to speak with his staff about this as it is not professional behavior or ethical when patients call with concerns or questions.

Would never recommend this practice to anyone. Terrible wait time.... was there on a Monday and Doctor made my 74 year old mother wait for over an hour in the dirty waiting room and another 38 min in the dirty exam room while I waited for a very rude nurse to draw her blood. Nurse barely spoke English ...that wasn't even the issue the fact that she had no clue why the labs were being drawn. Doctor didn't even explain why the specimens were being drawn. Also we had no choice where lab tests could be sent. Felt very rushed during examination. Out dated equipment was used to monitor heart. when I called for results I kept being put on hold by a very rude receptionist or told I would get a return call. Apparently wrong tubes were drawn. Very unhappy with lack of professionalism throughout entire experience.

Front office staff rude and unprofessional. Poorly run medical office. Staff in the rear office hard to understand and give little to no patient privacy. No patient follow-up. Office is dirty. Terrible waiting time. Felt rushed and unsatisfied. Would not recommend this practice.

Excellent doctor who takes the time to listen.

Dr. Goldstein is a god sent to me & my mom ...who has Alzheimer .. Goldstein & his staff has been very caring and supportive at this time of our life i thank god for putting him in our path .. " believe me there are not many caring doctors that would do half of what Dr. Goldstein does for his patients ,,

Dr. Goldstein has an exceptional gift for understanding his patient. He is not dismissive and listens carefully to everything you say. He also has an open mind in terms of non-drug house medications, if he finds they work. I have had some complicated problems and his sound advice and has kept me focused. I have been recommending him to everyone.

This office is very overbooked. Waiting time is about 2 hours. The staff is very inexperienced and not too knowledgeable of medical practices. They are very irresponsible in carrying out duties. I had an appt. with an orthopedist and I asked one of the girls if she would please fax copy of my hip x-ray to this dr. She promised she would. The orthopedic doctor never received this x-ray. This past week I wasn't feeling well, and could not come to the office. I left message that I needed to speak with the dr. on the phone for some advice. The doctor never called. I called again the next day. No call from the doctor. Of all the doctors that I was a patient of throughout my life, this is the only doctor that has not returned my call when I needed help.At this point I don't know if the message was given to the doctor that I had called.
