Dr. Marc Jeffrey Heikens, MD

My name is Timonthy Mark Walter, I’m a retired RN on disability from CMT 1A/Hereditary Peripheral Neuropathy). For nearly 8 yrs Dr. Heikens has been my Primary Care physician at Kaiser delivering me care with excellence! He listens, gives space & time to work with me, orders all labs upon request and gets referrals approved often next day sometimes sooner. Dr. Heikens collaborates, oversees my entire team of Healthcare professionals and I am more then confident with him at the helm of my Healthcare ship;-) He’s compassionate, concerned, supportive and genuine! Always answers or has qualified staff reply to my messages in timely fashion and actively pursues me with important matters and has monthly refills done on time. I’m more active and feel healthier at 55yo then any other time/age and I know it’s directly from the optimal healthcare Dr Heikens has provided me for nearly a decade! I appreciate him for making me feel like a priority which I truly believe he does with all his… patients. I admire him for juggling a busy career, raising kids having a family and transitioning from pediatrician to adult/family medicine. I genuinely am blessed with a double portion to have Dr Heikens manage my healthcare and forever give gratitude, appreciation and accolades to & for Dr. Marc Heikens.
