Dr. Marc Mitchell Kress, MD

I have been with Dr Kress since I was a child. That was some 40years ago. He has helped me take care of my grandmother and my parents with kindness and dignity. He and Dr Wetzel have helped me care for my own family as well. Dr Kress and Dr Wetzel are kind, patient and knowledgeable. The nurses and office staff have been helpful in working out scheduling with me when they are able and have apologies when they can't. There are times that the office gets very busy resulting in longer wait times than would be liked, but since I have been one of those emergencies calls to Dr. Kress, I can be understanding. Yes, it is always lovely when the staff remembers to find you to explain and apologize before you come to them asking why you are waiting so long, but this has not happened to me very often in 40 years. I recommend Dr Kress and Dr Wetzel's practice to anyone who asked me for a

Dr. Kress is caring and capable, but I cannot get over the horrible, extreme wait times and poor office staff. My last few visits I have waited 30-45 minutes to be seen, and my last visit I waited over an HOUR without any communication. Only after I asked what was going on did a doctor come in to see me. The staff told me it wasn't their problem. Dr. Kress, you can do better.

He's been our family doctor for 30 years. He runs a competent office, and the service is great. Dr. Kress himself is very caring and exceedingly competent. His associates have also been very good and caring.

I was a patient of Dr Kress for many years. He is very good at diagnosing and explaining clearly what is happening. Overall I would recommend him as a doctor to anyone. His staff however... not so much...

I have known Dr. Kress for several years and there is no doctor like him. He not only is a great diagnostician but a caring, empathetic, understanding physician who does not miss a thing. He is the one family doctor internist who cares enough to schedule follow ups. Marc Kress is the best doctor who practices family medicine anywhere, except, perhaps, my cousin who practices far away from the east coast. my children will see him once they outgrow their pediatrician!

Dr. Kress is great and very caring. He really spends the time and get down to the problem. The other doctors in his practice are good but he is the star. Unfortunately the office staff needs a good course in etiquette. Too bad they are the first and last people, you need to deal with!

Dr. Kress is the best diagnostician in the tri state area. He is impeccable in his demeanor and diagnoses. This practice is outstanding, and so is every doctor in it.

I've been going to this practice for many years, but as of the past few years the staff has been treating me and my husband quite shabbily. They are rude, argumentative, and unhelpful. We are switching doctors solely due to the staff. The doctors are all nice but, to be fair, you spend a lot of time dealing with the nasty morons they put at the desk.

I have seen Dr. Kress as a patient for 17 yrs, but have known him (I'm a nurse) for about 28 yrs. He is a very caring and brilliant physician who pays attention to detail. I have multiple diseases which require close management, and he makes sure that I do. The other physicians he has hired into his practice have many of the same attributes. I feel very comfortable going to the doctor at his office.
