The entire office from the front desk to Dr. Liang is nothing short of excellent. They go above and beyond the call of service in every manner which is rare these days. Everything was very clear, concise and professional. Your not rushed and things are done properly, which in this industry isn’t always the case. I am VERY VERY grateful for my experience with Dr. Liang and his excellent team. I would not consider anyone else after my experience... I highly recommend!

Waited way too long after filling a book of information.The moment that we met,he insulted me over and over again.I felt degraded and yet was charged a large co-pay.He was so arrogant and so full of himself.I left there and went to another doctor for the procedure.What a jerk!!

Dr. Liang completely rebuilt my nose, from my own rib!!! It would have been easier to use grafts but he knew I was not comfortable with that. I have been living with a nose that was the result of a botched (repair of injury ) and rhinoplasty for 13 years. He did an amazing job. He lengthened my nose and gave me an above normal nose. I could not have dreamed of a better nose. I can not express my gratitude to the genius, artist, surgeon that is Dr Liang. Love the staff too. Amazing. Highly recommend. Changed my life.

I can’t give enough praise to both Dr. Liang and his staff. I regularly receive botox and laser treatments. His office is accommodating, and Dr. Liang will always pop in and say hi if he’s in the office. They have a new spa treatment area which is beautiful.

Consultation at 5pm but did not see dr until 6:15pm. Then he was called out several times during my scheduled appointment. His assistant Natalie was curt, tired and seemed bored having to deal with me. Dr Liang was arrogant, made me very uncomfortable during exam and lectured me on the right foods to eat. If I did that he said I would lose weight! His assistant Natalie gave us a price quote and said she’d follow up with us. 3 weeks later still have not heard from her. Won’t waste my time and money of this doctor. I see why they charge a $250 consultation fee as after the visit your convinced NOT to go with him and his staff!

I read all the negative comments and while he may not always be on time, the comments are true - he spends however much time you need to understand what procedure you're going to undergo. I was initially referred to him by another plastic surgeon who I felt wasn't a fit with me. In other words, I expect results. I admit it. Dr. Liang, and his outstanding staff, have performed miracles on my face and skin. He also has taken care of my "grandma" arms. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. I suggest you bring a book with you to read and expect to more often than not, to wait thirty minutes past your appointment. I have never waited two hours or even one hour, but have waited thirty minutes fairly often. He IS WORTH IT! And he explains over and over, even when you tell him to stop. Lol. Don't know how someone would not understand what he intends to do unless they simply aren't listening.
