The wait is horrible! 2 plus hours every visit lately and the staff behind the desk are the worst. A visit to your child's doctor shouldn't take up such a big chuck of your day. So unorganized and then when u get to the back its a rush job. Maybe this is do to the NO appointment needed policy. Ever so often if you speak Spanish you can come after all the other 50 people waiting with sick kids and say a few of the words and you are seen and on your way. .smh!! No way to run a business. I will be changing both my kid's doctor.

We have used Dr.Roberts for our kids throughout all their pediatric lives. Dr. Roberts is a wonderful careing person. I would highly recomend him over all pediatricians in the Newark area. Onetime my son stuck a rock in his ear that we could not get out. We didnt know what to do so we took him to the emergency room at Columbus and the doctor on staff cut and probed my sons ear bloody and still did not get to the source. We saw incompatence in this doctor on staff so we took our kid out of Columbus then called Dr.Roberts. He asked us to bring Nick in and he very gently removed the rock by flushing it out with saline...Very simple task. Other doctors could never compete with Dr. Roberts according to our standards......This is a very high recomendation.

Dr. Roberts is not so bad, but his office staff is horrendous! They are pure street trash!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, GOSSIPING IN FRONT DESK CHIT CHATTING AND TALKING LOUD!!! UNBELIEVEABLE! I WONDER IF HE KNOWS WHAT GOES ON IN HIS OFFICE!? I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!
