I was getting good results with the weight loss plan. My prescription for Phentermine ran out and my next appointment was not for another week. I called to have the prescription rewritten. The doctor would not write the prescription until he was to see me the next week. So, he does not even bother to explain over the phone. He just has his secretary call back to give me the blow off. Understand they still want to be paid for services they refuse to give. Integrity is gone with doctors when they just think they can just ignore their patient... A simple phone call to explain would have been the responsible thing to do. Not going to work for me. I feel like doctors prop themselves up way to high when they look down and/or ignore the very people that pay them. Needless to say he will no longer be receiving payments from me for less than adequate service. Pathetic.

Dr. Schneider has been amazing, beginning with my consultation, during surgery, and post-op visits. I am extremely pleased with the results of my breast reduction surgery and highly recommend him. His entire staff is so pleasant to deal with, very personable, caring and compassionate.

The most frustrating thing about seeking plastic surgery has been understanding what the doc was saying. Well, my experience with Dr. Schneider was wonderful. We not only discussed my condition (sagging breasts) but he made sure I understood all the options in a way that I was very comfortable with. The other docs all confused me and gave me no choices. And his staff and office was excellent.

Dr decided to put stitches on the front of ears for face light and not in hair line. A little over a year later have scar on side of face that are deep and show to the point I cannot pull hair back without someone asking what they are. Under my chin is large scar and not centered. This was totally unacceptable. Tummy tuck was tight which was good but left me with wings on side of waist where he didn't do lipo well which he said I would have an hour glass figure. I did not expect that but did expect more definition. I paid close to twenty thousand dollars for facelift and tummy lipo and came away with scars that are very noticeable on side of face back of neck and under my chin. When I went to them after they weren't happy about taking a missed fat pocket out.
