It was alright, I wasn’t please of the quantity of the product I received, one week and it didn’t do much on my face, it removes some dark spot, but it didn’t help much on my whole face

I have been very impressed by Dr. Serota! He is quick to respond to any question or concern I have about this product. I also appreciate his insight and sugesstions. Was not expecting such excellent care!

The reason I stop buying this product because of this doctor. He’s never listened to my concerns nor looked at the history of what he’d prescribed for me that didn’t work! He strongly wanted to go with his own judgment and consequently the last formula I received, made my melasma even worsened. Very disappointed!

I hate this cocks*cker. I requested a med through a website and he thought he knew better and prescribed a different formulation. My request was valid. A total idiot.

I was deeply disappointed in the service and care from Dr. Serota. I would never recommend him to anyone, and hope that he takes more time with patients to listen, to consult, and to answer questions. I received a treatment plan with absolutely no explanation as to why it was chosen, what I should expect, when to stop treatment, etc. When I asked these questions, he barely answered them and seemed annoyed that I even asked them. For your own care and well-being, I cannot recommend enough that you find a different dermatologist.
