Very disappointed in *Dr. Shepard. I felt like the last place he wanted to be was at my appointment. He said he was going to prescribe medication and I have not seen evidenced of that. I brought my lab results with me and he said could he keep them. I said yes and then he forgets them. He didn't take notes and said he couldn't use the computer in the examination room. Also he took a phone call while with me.
