Dr. Marc Earnest Tarle, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Tarle for about 8 years. If it weren't for the fact that he has a strong handle on my medication and history, I would find another doctor. I have never waited less than 60 minutes to be seen, and his office staff have never been anything other than rude even when I am polite and patient with them.

I have seen Dr. Tarle three different times in different years while recuperating in a nursing home/rehabilitation center due to issues with either my MS or a fall. He does not seem to understand why I don't want to talk in a crowded hall or in my room where my roommate is. Luckily enough this time a nurse here was able to let me know where a quiet room would be. When he didn't understand why we were there, I explained my uneasiness talking to him in the other places.

I have seen Dr. Tarle thee times while recuperating in a nursing home/rehabilitation center. All three times he wants to meet in a crowded hallway or in my room when my roommate was in there. Luckily this time a nurse was kind enough to direct me to a quiet room so he and I could talk. He didn't understand though why I wanted to talk there.

Extremely competent at treating patients with anxiety with appropriate medication when necessary.Good listener.

Very sharp at figuring out the right medicine for me., while other psychiatrist failed

way too long of a wait, schedules several patients at the same time. Gives you about 2 minutes of time, he's demeaning, uncaring, just a stupid pill pusher, and his secretaries are also rude and mean also.

After more than 16 years, this man doesn't even know what I go to him for. He was pushing for some new type of therapy, even though I kept telling him everything was going well. He's a drug pusher and now is pushing a new type of therapy that is downright dangerous. I need to find another doctor... but the problem is, I've been to psychiatrists who are worse than he is. I waited 2 hours to see him. Not recommended at all.

Dr. Tarle should NOT be certified to care for anyone. He doesn't take the time to take family histories or patient histories. He saw my brother for the first time for 5 minutes and prescribed him medication that caused him to have seizures because the medication wasn't for people with irregular heartbeats.
