I was kept informed of what to expect pre procedure and everything went exactly as described. Post procedure I was pain free and back on track almost immediately. Dr. Hinds truly is the kind of doctor I would recommend to any of my friends or family. After switching from Institute of Family Practice and dealing with the horrible drs there, meeting Dr. Hinds was like a breath of fresh air. I felt relieved. Our first appt I expressed every concern I had with my pregnancy and every worry due to having preeclampsia with my last pregnancy, and from that day forward this man has ran every test, ordered ultrasounds and made sure I came in the office as often as possible to stay on top of my health to help me prevent getting preeclampsia again. No signs whatsoever and I'm due in 2 days!!! He is very polite, professional, and you can tell he takes pride in his job and cares about his patients and their health. I'm forever grateful I found HealthQuest. They are amazing people there!

Great doctor, but 2 month before you can get an appointment and an hour and a half wait to see him.

Dr. Hinds was dismissive and uninformed. After waiting over 45 minutes in the lobby, the nurse called me in & took my vitals, I then waited another 15 minutes to see Dr. Hinds, despite hearing him standing just outside the exam room chatting with the receptionist about what they had eaten for lunch. After he finally came in he asked me if there had been any change in a growth on one of my ovaries- the purpose of this visit was a follow-up to hear his opinion on whether there was any change. I asked him if he had compared the two ultrasound images, that were taken a full month apart, so that one could see if they had changed after a full round of my cycle. He barely glanced at the images before putting them back in the folder and saying that he "really didn't know". At each appointment we have had I have explained to him that I am living with a very active form of Lupus and that hormonal birth control can aggravate Lupus, possibly leading to a damaging effect on my internal organs… (specifically heart, lungs, liver, kidneys). So when I asked him for the 3rd time if he had any other options or suggestions for other treatment aside from hormonal shrugged his shoulders and said, "I don't really know" with a stupid grin on his face. When a woman is seeking treatment because she is in pain and has been having concerning symptoms- the last thing she should have to endure is disrespect and a dismissive & haughty attitude from her doctor. If he didn't have the information or a realistic recommendation for treatment he should've said so. His demeanor was disrespectful and unprofessional and I will be filing a complaint with the hospital

He spends quality time with the patients, not a rush in rush out kind of dr that is just there for the money. He takes pride in what he does and goes out of his way to stay up on the healthcare of his patients. Have never had a dr that is so responsive in my care.
