Dr. Marcia Lynn Hernandez

One of the most condescending physicians that I’ve met. Treats her staff as if they are a door mat. Her turnover with her staff should alert Mercy that there is an issue with anger management.

Dr. Hernandez is a very caring and professional doctor. First visit she explained everything thoroughly and even answered our questions we had written down before we even asked them. Got me into surgery 6 days later and did an excellent job. A very good surgeon. would highly recommend her. Loretta W.

I find it hard to believe that the reviews I’ve read regarding Dr. Hernandez and are staff are of the same staff and dr I’ve been seeing for the past year. I’ve had the very best of care, empathy, knowledge and diligence in Dr. Hernandez, as well as the staff She employs.

After 6 weeks for an initial appointment, 3 more weeks for a procedure I didn't want or need and an additional 6 weeks of waiting for the office to make a call to the insurance company, I finally had to change doctors. Doctor, nurses and staff are difficult to work with.

She may be one of the only to specialize in what she does... however don’t expect her to care! I have pre-existing cancer cells that need to be removed. Do you think she cares? Nope! Her office has canceled my appointments 4 times. Because she would rather “teach at a college” about cancer cells than remove them. Makes no sense and I am going somewhere else.

Dr. Hernandez is an awesome surgeron, and I would recommend her to anyone. She did surgery on me (Hysterectomy) and it was a success. Awesome job on my incision. When I first came to her I had a 17 cm mass. At the time I didn't know what it was, I was scared. But she reassured me that whatever it was, her job was to get in there and get everything out. At that moment I knew I had a doctor who was going to do her best to fight for me and with me. She listened to me and explained everything to me more than twice. By the time we were done, I was so comfortable with her I knew I was in good hands. God knew what he was doing when he placed my life in her hands.
