I am a new patient and I am so relieved to find a professional who listens and answers your questions. The VIP program is so informative and I really feel that it is the way everyone should be treated. I feel fortunate to find her and her kind and friendly staff.

I've been seeing Dr. Kling for at least 25 years. She's compassionate, very caring and very knowledgeable If she doesn't know something - and no one knows everything, do they? - she will research the issue and work to find a solution(s). I have insurance, so I cannot speak to the issue(s) some here are referring to for that particular topic. I find her staff are extremely helpful, caring and always seem to have a smile and cheerful attitude. The experience - for me - has been an all around positive one. Frankly - I think she is one of the best physicians around.

I have been a patient for 19 years. She is knowledgeable and very nice. Office staff is friendly also. I enjoy going for my appointments.

The staff was rude. Walls were thin. The dr came to see me at the hospital but wouldn’t see me in office? I had no insurance and found I have porphyria... its all about money with her period. She treated my son like crap and myself. Staff was like oh u don’t have insurance. We can’t see u. Okkkkkk but see me at the hospital and I would pay an office visit fee. Your a true sad case of a dr and ur money. I am reporting u in every aspect

I take a medication recently changed to a narcotic. So , Dr. Kling requires that I pick up scrip at her office. They r closed 12 - 1 for lunch, I arrive at 1 and stand at the counter with no way to contact office staff who I can hear laughing it up for 15 minutes!!! Unacceptable!!! Have some faith and trust in your patients and perhaps consider faxing/ calling in script to pharmacy.

Dr Kling is the rare exception to the usual doctor. Because of her caring and compassion, she somehow makes you feel as if you are her only patient! You are more than your illness to Dr Kling; she takes the time she needs to get to know you and your problems.
