Dr. Marco Claudio Dotti, MD

I came into the office during the fall semester. I was a first semester senior student and had problems sleeping. I had anxiety and some depression during the semester. I had difficult going to classes and getting homework done. I was tired going to classes and was in choir with a tired voice. I was exhausted and also had a life long condition that interferes with social aspects and overall quality of life. I got some medicine and still having some issues sleeping At night. Was hoping to do more testing because I had past misdiagnosis and turned out to be another condition nobody knew. Hoping to get more help. Good person and listens to what you say. Still waiting for more treatment. .

Dr. Dotti is rude and very opinionated. He must have shares in CPAP machines as that is his recommendation for everyone. I would not sent anyone to see him.He spent very little time with me and gave no other options. He was rude to his staff. Dr. Spitzer arriving in town was the best thing that ever happened to Rice Clinic. Dr. Rave is also nice, but doesn't do sleep studies. If you haven't seen Dr. Spitzer yet, give him a try. Dr. Spitzer helped my sleep issues without CPAP and he spent time explaining my options to me.

Dr. Dotti had not read my file prior to our office visit. He had to ask what my prior diagnosis was with doctors of the same organization. He had no recommendations and could offer no suggestions. He spent no less than a few minutes with me.

Dr. Dotti is a great doctor who is highly trained in both neurology and sleep medicine. He is very personable, professional, and nice. He spent over an hour with me on my first visit, going over all of my records and asking relevant questions. He listened very well and really heard my concerns. He communicated very clearly with me and provided an explanation of his findings that I could understand. He explained the treatment options fully and made me feel comfortable. I feel confident working with him on my health needs. I am feeling much better with the treatments he recommended. I am now able to take less medicine overall, but have a better result because I am taking the correct medicine for my condition. I recommend him highly for anyone with neurological or sleep issues.

Dr. Dotti is very thorough. He took the time to review all of my records and asked many relevant questions. His bedside manner was also excellent-very personable. I would definately recommend him. He gave me confidence that he can really address my medical issue.

After numerous other doctors not being able to figure out what was wrong with me. Saw doctors in 3 different states from the age of 14 on! I was 28 when I came across Dr. Dotti, saw him one time, he scheduled a test, and a week later had 4 diagnoses for me! When I saw him that week later, he explained what was wrong and what we needed to do to fix it. He gave my children a mother back. By the time I saw him, I was incapable of caring for them on my own. Two days after my follow-up when he gave me my diagnosis, and treatment plan, I was a new person!
