Dr. Marcos Borrero, MD

I think that Dr. Borrero's clinic is a great clinic. Service is of excellent quality and each employee strives to provide good service. At the clinic they channel and refer to the correct specialists to give us good medical care. They are very humane when it comes to serving us promptly and carefully and I recommend it to my friends and I thank them for everything they have given me.

The doctors there seem to be average, but the staff is an absolute nightmare. Most times I went, the doctor asked me to get records from specialists they had previously sent me to, presumably because they had lost them. They say they will call you for referrals and test results and such, but they never once returned any call. Ever. If you need to talk to them, you almost have to show up in the office face to face. I had to change doctors becauseit got so bad. And it took my new primary over 2 months to get my records out of Borrero Medical Group. I wasn't really surprised. Avoid at all costs!

Wait time is always an hour or more from time of arrival. Their AC in the entire building smells really bad and their staff is not the best. Changing doctors!

Im not going back !!! Very bad service !
