My wife and I have both used Dr Cook and are very pleased with his bedside manner and professionalism. I would and have recommended him to friends.

It's hard to write a positive review about a doctor after I spend 45 minutes waiting for my appointment. I've gone to Dr Cook three times (once prior to and twice post surgery). Each time, the wait was LONG! The surgery was a success but I would not recommend the practice to anyone who has a busy schedule and better things to do than wait for a doctor.

repair of rt ACL not so good...still feels a klittle loose and not able to run or jog..

Outstanding doctor and a great person. Dr. Cook did an amazing job on my knee surgery and had awesome bedside manner! His staff is friendly and attentive to patients concerns. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Dr. Cook and his staff! Highly recommend!

I've seen Dr. Cook twice, first for post-op issues after an ACL surgery, and more recently for a shoulder issue. I've found him extremely personable, knowledgeable, and authoritative. Truly an excellent doctor. I can't recommend him highly enough.
