Dr. Marcus Edward Koss, MD

Had an appointment as a first time patient. Firstly, was treated like a drug addict. Telling me thst under no circumstances would I ever recieve pain meds. I never asked. Should have been a giant ?? Waited almost 2 months for them to call me the friday before my monday appointment to tell me they arent taking first time patients. Then called back an offered me to come in for my first time patient visit but they will be closing after that so I would have to find a new doctor. In other words, you can pay us but we wont do anything and cant prescribe meds without bloodwork. So please yes let me come pay you for nothing. They have completely screwed me and left me with no access to my mental health medications and insulin. My blood sugar is extremely high. Hopefully I can get into a new physician before permenant damage is done.

From my very first appointment I was impressed. My wait time was not long at all, the staff is very welcoming and friendly, and Dr Koss takes this time to listen to you and to ask questions so that he can better assist you.

Some of the staff need to be fired. A couple of them have been down right rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately the staff is a reflection of the Doctor they work for. Dr koss is very knowledgable, caring and patient. It's a shame these few employees have given me such a bad time and experience that I do not want to go back to dr koss.

It takes way to long and he only sees me for 10 minuets tops.
