WORST PATIENT EXPERIENCE EVER. DIDN'T EXAMINE ME AT ALL DURING MY FIRST VISIT. JOTTED DOWN A FEW NOTES AND ORDERED LAB WORK. MY LAB WORK WAS SUBMITTED FOR A FEMALE DESPITE THE FACT THAT I'M A MALE, LEADING TO RESULTS THAT WERE MISLEADING AND SKEWED AND HEAVY PANIC ON MY PART. NUMEROUS CALLS TO HIS OFFICE WERE USELESS. HE FAILED TO SHOW FOR 2 TELEHEALTH VISITS. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE COMPLETELY MISLEADING. DOESN'T ANSWER ANY MESSAGES THROUGH PATIENT PORTAL EITHER.

Dr. Mayus was reccomended by my mother-in-law about 10 years ago. My mother-in-law is a very particular woman, and wouldn't see or reccomend just any old Doctor unless highly intelligent, knowledgeable, and an excellent physicians. I love that Dr. Mayus had all these qualities and he is very close to my age, so seeing someone who really understands who you are as a person & all your conditions/ailment is amazing. Dr. Mayus has the BEST BEDSIDE manner of any Doctor I've ever seen. He always takes the time to visit me in the hosptial, not to mention calls to follow up no matter my situation. I highly reccomend him. Also his physicians assistant Natalie is outstanding, She too cares and it shows, all Dr. Mayus's best qualities, Natalie also has. So happy and proud he has his own practice now, followed him and will be his patient forever.

All I expected was a returned phone call to receive blood test results and they did not call back. I was told twice the results were in the office, but the nurse on staff obviously needed to go home rather than let me know the results. The answering machine says they are now closed for the weekend and if I request a call back or page the doctor on call, then there is a $65 charge. Bad follow up!!!

I have suffered from spinal issues for over 10 years. After being disregarded by more drs than I can count dr. Mayus (who is also my parents primary) found out my situation took me in. He was not only compassionate to my situation, but is also helping me get my life back. I could never say enough good things about him. If you want the best of the best drs. Dr. Mayus is the one to choose. His office staff is also extremely nice and thorough.

Dr. Mayus is thoughtful and careful when you come in with a problem. He takes the time to thoroughly examine you and he listens to you, asks many questions and knows more than any doctor I've ever seen. He gets to the bottom of a problem to help figure out what tests might be necessary and is at the same time knowledgable about alternative medicine. He is also an all around great human being. This medical practice is very busy, and with good reason - all of the doctors are very good. The staff is a kind staff and a very hard working one. You need to be patient sometimes and wait a bit. Bring a book. You might be the patient some day who requires extra time and thus makes the next appointment a little late. Thank you Dr. Mayus for becoming a doctor.
