Run away from doctor like him. Doesn’t know what he is doing

I have read some of these reviews for Dr. Morrow and wonder if the only people who write these things have a complaint they wish to air. To add some balance, Dr. Morrow was professional, prompt and met every single criteria which I expect in a medical professional and freely acknowledge I am not eager to please. I had a kidney stone and have seen him several times.

I found Dr Morra to be a warm, knowledgeable and direct physician â?? who shows genuine interest and takes time to understand one's problem. Highly recommended.

My daughter had a uti. The JMU health center would not give her antibiotics and referred her to this doctor. She made the appointment. They DID NOT ask her about her insurance information!! They were not a participating physician for our insurance! They charged her over $400 for the appointment!! My agent, my daughter and I called to ask them to lower their charge since there was no contract with our carrier. They refused. She got the appointment and was treated promptly. We appreciated that. But the $400+ bill was not appreciated. Had the person making the appointment told her this was not a preferred provider, my daughter would have found another physician. They simply took advantage of an out of state student, in pain, who did not know that she needed to check to see if this doctor accepted our insurance. But REALLY!! When was the last time ANY adult made an appointment with a new doctor without being asked about insurance information?!? This office… "got us." Maybe some other student, in pain, will choose more wisely because they read this.

My over all experience with Dr Morra was uncannily. Bedside manners are lacking. Compassion, guess he missed that class. Informative, think he missed that class as well. Don" t dare ask him a question he will answer it in a way to make you feel you are beneath him. My goal right now is to find a dr that will treat my dad as he deserves to be treated.....and every person I met and message I find I will be sure to give him a thumbs down. Cold hearted and ruthless person
