Dr. Marcus Carroll Roberts, MD

I feel compelled to share my experience with Dr. Marcus Roberts at Southwell Medical Group to forewarn potential patients. During my supposed annual wellness exam, Dr. Roberts erroneously categorized it as chest pain, resulting in an unjustified charge of approximately $600 for a service that should have been fully covered. In my view, this was a grave misrepresentation of services and a disheartening breach of ethical standards. Despite my diligent efforts to address the issue, there was no attempt to correct the billing discrepancy. Dr. Roberts' conduct during my visit left me deeply dissatisfied, and I must regrettably label him as the worst doctor I have ever encountered. I implore others to exercise caution and demand transparency when considering Dr. Roberts and Southwell Medical Group for their healthcare needs to avoid similar distressing experiences.
