Dr. Marcus Earl Tower, MD

Dr. Tower delivered 3 of my babies and he is absolutely top notch! He saved my last one's life when her cord dropped down in the birth canal. The cord could not be seen on ultrasound but her heart dropped into the 50's. Dr. Tower wasted no time doing an emergency c-section. Had I been with a doctor with less experience, I feel we would have lost our baby. That was almost 15 years ago and I am still so grateful to him and his expertise! I've moved from the area but I sure do miss him as my doctor! Wonderful man with great, calm bedside manner!

Dr. Tower listened to me throughout my entire pregnancy and really got to know me. I can be stubborn and always say “I’m fine” because in my mind I am but at my one appointment he took one look at me and knew I wasn’t fine and collaborated with my MFM and together they sent me to be inducted that day. Dr Tower was available, round the clock to deliver my daughter and to follow up on my postpartum recovery which required a procedure and some medical interventions. At no point did I ever feel worried, in fact I felt very safe as did my husband and we knew we were in excellent hands with Dr. Tower. We are very fortunate to have found him.

He's gentle and caring...I never felt rushed or that I was just another patient.

Dr. Tower is a wonderful doctor!! He recently delivered my husband and my first baby. He did everything to make us feel comfortable and always answered any questions we had. He is very compassionate and you can tell that he truly cared about us. We were not just another patient to him. He made sure to the best of his ability that my birth plan was followed. You can tell he's very experienced.

I am an original patient of Dr. Tower. I was suffering from endrometriosis which later became cervical cancer due to my mother having taken Diethylstilbesterone and Prenone when she was carrying me. If I had not met this man at the time, I wouldn't be here to tell you about how thorough and compassionate he is. Over time, I lived in Massachusetts and came back to him when no one there had a clue as to what was going on. I now live in Lancaster, Ohio, and since he is my primary doctor - I trust no other - I make the trek to Chagrin or Hillcrest every year. He is amazing and his follow-up is just as good!

i have been a patient of Dr. Towers for over 30 years. He delivered 3 of my 4 sons. ( my 2nd son came earlier than expected and he was out of town. ) He is the most compassionate doctor I know. When I lost my father, he listened to me. He did not rush me out. When I lost my 2nd son just recently (2010), he was again so supportive! I have lived in southern California for 11 years, Arizona for 6 years and now live in Pennsylvania for 5 years. It did not matter, I would fly in every year for my exam. He is that great of a Doctor and even more important, he is a wonderful, caring and compassionate person!

I have been a patient of Dr. towers for 8 years. right before I found out I was pregnant wit h my 5th child, my ob had retired. someone referred me to Dr . Tower. He took wonderful care of me as i was very concerned with my age and health at my last pregnancy. It was my 5th c section and he was very reassuring . He is a highly skilled surgeon and extremely knowledgeable. He is very calming and I trust him completely. He also was very compassionate when I had a miscarriage and subsequent complications. He is outstanding. i would highly recommend him,

Dr. Tower has been my medical doctor since I was 15 years old (over 12 years now--with a break during the college years). Earlier this year I became pregnant with my first child, but miscarried shortly after. Dr. Tower was sympathetic and reassured my husband and I we would be able to have a child. One month later we became pregnant with our little girl. I had a very uncomplicated pregnancy until 34 weeks. I went into the office after having gained 10 lbs in one week, swollen ankles and a blood pressure of 150/100. Dr. Tower very calmly explained to my husband and I that I was showing symptoms of pre-eclampsia and we needed to go to the hospital to have additional testing. I was diagnosed that evening with pre-e and was placed on bed rest until he felt comfortable delivering my daughter. He was very knowledgeable about high risk pregnancies and monitored my health/the babies health with extreme caution. At 38 weeks, 4 days Dr. Tower delivered our beautiful healthy baby girl. Throughout… the ordeal, Dr. Tower saw me weekly and ALWAYS personally answered my phone calls with the many questions I had. He was sure to let my husband and I know that he was watching my health as well as the babies and would deliver her when he knew that she would be a healthy baby.

I have been going to Dr Tower for over 23 years and I think he is the best. He has delivered all three of my children and I trust him with my life. He is kind, understanding and caring. I had two pregnancies that were high risk and he was always available and keep me calm. If you are looking for a wonderful OB-GYN he is the one.

A truly kind man with a sense of humor. My mother has been going to him for years, and even though I was terrified for my first appointment, I could not have asked for a more comforting or understanding doctor. I strongly recommend him.
