Dr. Margaret Andrin, MD

I have been a patient of this office for ten plus years. I left work early to make my appointment and was running five minutes late. When I called to let them know they told me to reschedule as they were closing at 4:00. They said I could come back in three months which is their next available appointment. Very disappointed in the office staff. Trying to be polite and make them aware of traffic and then I was told not to come. When I called back to voice my discontent- they didn’t care. I recommend only going to this physician if you are ok with an inflexible office staff

I had been using this office for over 8 years primarily because it was convenient to my home and work. The first few years I didn't have any specific concerns so this office suited me fine. As I started getting a little older, I had more questions about getting pregnant, infertility and other possible health concerns. All of the answers that I received from Dr. Andrin and Lauren were always very general, nothing specific or particularly helpful. I asked about side effects of the birth control that I was on, I was basically told that its possible that I could be experiencing those side effects due to being overweight, when I had never had those side effects before. Over the least 3 years or so I have not found my experience with Dr. Andrin and Lauren to be pleasant. The wait time is always long, my annuals lasted maybe 10 minutes and neither of them seem too happy to see patients. I am glad some others had a better experience.

I am a health care provider that has done some part time work in Dr. Andrin's office and have to say it is a great office with great staff. Dr. Andrin is on call for her obstetric patients and does everything she can to be there personally for each patient. Her PA Lauren Sulovski is very knowledgeable, has great clinical skills, is very organized, and has good communication skills. I have seen the behind the scenes at many offices, and you are in good hands with Dr. Andrin and her staff!

I've been seeing Doctor Andrin since 2008 when I was referred to a specialist from my Primary Care Provider. I've always found the office staff to be extremely courteous and helpful. I've never had problems scheduling appointments and whenever I've called to leave a message for Dr Andrin or Lauren I've never had to wait too long for a response (a couple hours for non-urgent/minutes for urgent). I got to know the staff very well in 2014 when I was pregnant. Towards the end I was there weekly, so I really have had a lot of interaction with all staff members. Truly everyone has been great. I've never had problems with billing as someone mentioned in their review. I've never even seen a bill from the office in 7 years, with 3 different insurance companies, and from issues ranging from annuals to a pregnancy. I WOULD recommend Dr Andrin. She's such a nice person. She's handled my neuroses with kindness and is reassuring time and time again. I travel 40 minutes from home to see her (used to… work close by) and will do the same for my next baby. Wait time *can* be a little long, but I'll take it because I am never rushed through my appointment. If you're considering going here, please don't decide against it due to the negative reviews. I'm not sure how they had such a poor experience, but I have not and absolutely recommend Dr Andrin.

I had to visit this office due to emergency one, and i was sure i would be seen by Dr. Adnrin when scheduled an appointment, however it was physician's assistant who examined me. I was asked to come 10 minutes earlier to fill out the paper work and had to leave work earlier and ended up staying in the wait room for 25 minutes. The person who examined me did a lousy job, prescribed me unnecessarily crazy expensive stuff, which was not even helping. I decided to get a second opinion and the lab tests did not show anything she diagnosed and prescribed treatment for. And i ended up getting a huge bill for a 5 minute exam! I will never go back there and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I mostly had to go to Dr Andrin's office for the yearly visits, no major problems. It's hard to get appointments and when I do it's always with her nurse practitioner never Dr Andrin. During the last 2 weeks I had to call for an emergency, I was able to see the nurse again who did a lousy job examining me and then prescribed the worst medication for curing my problem. After finishing the treatment, the infection came back again. I spent the whole day calling Dr. Andrin's office to explain the situation and ask to see her but with no success, apparently she had a cold and she needed to go home early. Finally, I went to the office, still didn't see the Dr. They rushed me to give a urine sample and said will get the results in 72h. Over the weekend, I had to go to the emergency because the infection came back with revenge and I had bleeding. This was my first emergency I had to call Dr. andrin for, she really fell short this time. I will not see her again and will not recommend her to… any one.

I would never use this Dr again!!!! The office and the medical staff is unhelpful!! First, it was difficult to book an appointment, so I had to take the day off. Then I had to wait around for forever!! I got my annual (which according to my insurance is free) but they sent me a bill for $50!! I called both my insurance who said they sent through multiple bills charging for the same office visit and standard tests multiple times. No one in the office knew what they were doing and the biller was rude!! I had a second appointment lined up at that time since they said my results needed further tests... after the billing experience I knew I could never trust being billed correctly, but thought at least the medical staff should be reliable. I went to another Dr for a second opinion and they didn't find anything wrong at all!! We looked to get the medical records released and the only thing I got was a runaround about how they don't use email after the release form they sent was… corrupted so it could not be printed.... this is after being put on hold over and over and over again by multiple people who seemed unwilling to be helpful at all. Finally, I was so frustrated I gave up. At this point, how could I trust anything they provided? Overall a terrible experience I would never wish on anyone!!! There are too many medical practices around who care about their patients to waste time on an experiance like I had. I wish someone had warned me.

Dr. Andrin has been with me through the struggles of infertility as well as the subsequent deliveries of my youngest two children. I had 5 different OBGYNs in the area before finally finding Dr. Andrin and I couldn't be happier! Her office runs smoothly, phone calls are returned, questions answered, and prescriptions quickly filled with mail-order pharmacy. You may have to wait awhile (approx 30 min) in the waiting room at times, but this is because Dr. Andrin listens to and addresses all of your concerns.

Dr Andrin has a special place in my heart. My pregnancy was high risk and she worked with her maternal-fetal medicine counterparts at more than one hospital to make sure that baby and I were both ok. She always makes time to answer your questions, even if you think of them after you have left for the day. My child would not be here today if it weren't for Dr Andrin.

When I was pregnant 3 years ago, I was a high-risk patient. I was in that office so much that I almost needed my own parking spot :) They were ALWAYS accommodating & attentive, and would even open the office early just for me to have a quick check-up. Pregnancies come first in the office, and get top-rate attention. In the delivery room, Dr. Andrin is very calm and soothing. I've recommended Dr. Andrin to many people and proud to call her the deliverer of my son! :)
