Dr. Margaret Edith Carrico, MD

I was able to share some extra years with my father, a WW2 veteran who passed away at 101 years old. This extra time to share would not have been possible if not for the concerted efforts and abilities of Dr. Carrico. A truly amazing doctor with a heart.

No compasion for the wounded warriors and thier familes. She abuses her position over her patients and should not control the warriors MEB/PEB PROCESS. HELP!!!!!! she needs to be investigated

Seeing Dr. Carrico can take some time and often she won't have enough time to figure anything out for you. She is extremely hesitant to give pain medications to soldiers who are often in extreme pain. She will almost never sign off for handicap parking. Her sick call hours are 0800 to 0900. If you miss that by 1 minute, you can come back tomorrow or make an appointment for next week, if you're lucky. Her appointments have been as far as 5 weeks out. The worse problem of all is that she is the only Primary Care for almost 200 soldiers who are all hurt and recommended for medical review. This is the wonderful system we give to our wounded soldiers. It's as if she says, "Don't fix the problem; just let the soldiers suffer until they get to the VA."
