Dr. Digaetano and the whole staff have always been professional, pleasant, prompt and helpful, The very best. However, I would have appreciated knowing, the last visit, that I would have a much longer wait than usual because my husband just came home from the hospital and should not have been alone for 4 hours (It takes about 35 minutes in bike traffic so I left home early). I would have rescheduled my appointment for a later day had I known and would appreciate being told about problems for my next visit. Perhaps I should have inquired and in the future I will do so.

From start to finish - diagnosis, surgery and followup - my experience of cataract removal and lens implant exceeded my expectations. The doctors and staff were uniformly thorough, professional and informative. Responses to my questions were to the point and in terms that I could understand. Office visits were easy to schedule and the actual visits were on time.

I was very pleased with the communication between the Dr. and me. She constantly reassured me that everything would be fine, and kept me aware of what was occurring each step of the process. If I had to have surgery on my eye, I am grateful that Dr. Digaetano that was available.

Really like Dr diGaetano. She made me feel very comfortable with my cataract surgery. Everyone involved was friendly and professional, and seemed genuinely concerned for my comfort. I highly recommend her.

My case was difficult. I have had LASIK and a detached retina. Dr. DiGaetano took my vision from very poor to almost perfect. She was reassuring as she operated with no pain and minimal discomfort. Her staff is friendly and efficient. Great job!

Yes, I would choose Dr. D again, my 2nd surgery. I have made appointments for both my Mother and my husband, Great office> I feel very safe when Dr. is doing surgery

I can't say enough about how great Dr. Digaetano was to me and how patient she was. The procedures were explained in great detail for each eye including what options were available to me. Each member of the office staff was professional and caring. Both surgeries were painless and Dr. Digaetano talked to me throughout the procedure for each eye. Throughout, the staff made me feel comfortable. Thank you for restoring my vision.

This office crams as many people in on their schedule as they possibly can, which causes you to have a 2 hour or more wait time until you actually see a doctor. Then by the time you see the doctor (who is in a rush because she wants to cram so many people in on a single day), medical history is not reviewed properly, prior diagnoses are often overlooked (and not checked), and you get the same speech as everyone else. Then you get herded out of the exam room only to wait an additional hour to have a test done. They do not require the staff to wipe down the entire patient chair in between each person that sees the doctor unless you have a visible skin disease...disgusting! So if you want your entire chair to be properly sterilized you have to ask them to wipe the seat down otherwise it is not done properly. These doctors may be considered good surgeons, but I personally prefer to have a good surgeon that treats me like a human and not cattle.
