Dr. Farhad Safi, MD

Worked out insect infested waiting room. Main bathroom had no soap, hand towel dispenser not working and in my opinion the bathroom and waiting area had a horrible odor. Nothing to comment about the Doctor because after waiting an hour and forty minutes, I never got to see the doctor. Instead I had my eyes dilated and was offered to wait in the dark room which is small and very packed with every sit taken or to wait in the very crowed waiting room (with bugs). In neither area because of over crowding did I feel safe. I walked out and will not be returning. Practice reminded me of a factory instead of a patient centered practice..

My husband was diagnosed with advanced glaucoma last year. Dr. Safi is compassionate, reassuring, and very approachable. He answered our questions and addressed our concerns. Most of all, he educated us about glaucoma and the options for treatment. He is leaving WRAMC to further his career, and we wish him the best of luck.
