Dr. Alexandra Kostick, MD

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. If I could give a zero stars, I would give it. The staff is rude and unprofessional. All they want to make money. No respect for the patients. We found another doctor whose name is Dr. Rubin from International eye associates who did 2 cataract surgeries for my husband. We paid less than Dr. Kostick offered to us . Stay away from Dr. Kostick 's office. They charged us $400 for extra measurement, 100 for the drops which are supposed to be free and covered by insurance company. Also we paid $ 60 for the surgery kit which contains plastic glasses and some stuff that cost probably couple of dollars. They returned us those money. After that I called several eye centers and noone charges for extra measurements and drops. I would recommend to stay away from this office. Negative experience.

Dr Kostick and her office manager Dolores were very rude and unprofessional. It was a very bad experience.

I just saw Dr. Kostick for the first time and WOW was I impressed. She spent the time I needed and explained everything to me. Staff were great! I am happy I found her.

Only because you can't give zero stars. Changed my appointment time 4 (yes 4 times) the day prior. From 0800 to 0715 then to 0700 then back to 0800. Last in a voice mail after closing time. Arrived the suggested 15 minutes prior and doors didn't even open til 0750. Don't know why I went back anyway, last prescription for glasses received there was off and ended up getting exam redone in Daytona then I had glasses I could see with. This office is worried more about paper on the wall and in their pockets than their patients. Well she is now short one more!

Awful service

Dr. Kostick is fine but her staff is awful. There's a new woman, don't know her name but she is very short, who doesn't seem to know how to do anything and acts like it's everyone else's fault. She was rude to me and I overheard her being rude to another patient. No one should be treated like this.

New to the area and was referred by a friend to see Dr. Kostick. A+ experience from the minute I entered the office. Dr. Kostick spent a good deal of time with me reviewing all my questions. My last doc barely said hello and was in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes. I am grateful to have found Dr. Kostick. A happy patient!!!

I am new in Palm Coast and was uncertain who to see. I made the wrong decision and ended up in a big busy office of eye docs who could not have given me the time of day....wrong choice! I ended up talking to my neighbor who recommended Dr. Kostick. I made an appointment with her and was not disappointed. She did a very thorough eye exam and even found several things that the other doctor missed. I am very happy I found Dr. Kostick and will be singing her praises around town!

I have been blind most of my life until Dr. Kostick recently did cataract surgery on me. I can't believe how well I can see now. I wish my vision was this good when I was 18.

I liked doctor Kostick right from the start. It was the most thorough eye exam that i ever had. She really listens to her patients and i felt really comfortable with her.
