Margaret Lafferty-Oza, MD

Dr. Lafferty-Oza grew up in a small farming community on Lake Ontario in upstate New York. She attended the State University of New York at Buffalo where she received her medical degree. Dr. Lafferty-Oza started her residency at the Children's Hospital of Buffalo and completed the residency at Kosair Children's Hospital in BMCA, Kentucky. Dr. Lafferty-Oza practiced medicine in rural Oklahoma prior to beginning her practice at the Boulder Medical Center.Dr. Lafferty-Oza believes that children are ingenious, uninhibited bundles of potential at any age. She finds it very rewarding to watch them grow physically, mentally and spiritually. The bottom line is, Dr. Lafferty-Oza enjoys all aspects of pediatric medicine.Dr. Laffery-Oza and her husband, Samir, moved their three daughters, two dogs and a cat to Boulder in 2005. Dr. Lafferty-Oza's interests outside of medicine include baking, hiking, crafts, and spending time with her family.
