Dr. Margaret Anne Leary, MD

I did not think Dr. Leary was a bad doctor but she wasn't a good fit for our family. It was difficult for her to respect the health care decisions we decided to make for our children and she became obviously upset when we decided to do anything against her advice. Discussions seemed one sided; although she would listen, she never appeared to understand and respect our opinions which eventually lead to our leaving the practice. She was recommended by a family member who still continues to see her and enjoys having her as a physician.

She is the best!!!

I am so very glad that I found Dr. Leary. She is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever met. I changed my children from a family practice to School house pediatrics on a recommendation from someone. They had the greatest praise for Dr. Leary and we are thrilled that we changed. My children love her! She is great with them and always stays up to date with us on the ongoing problems that my children have. She is never more than a phone call away and always answers all questions. She is a wonderful doctor and I am glad that we found her.

Dr Leary is easy to talk to, from a parent point a view and two female patients (12 and 15). Dr Leary diagnosed my daughter with type 1 diabetes. She immediately sent us to the hospital, she made follow-up call and at follow-up appt she was very sympathetic but also encouraging and gave us more helpful information. She is also very good talking to the kids in terms they will understand and explaining why certain things are so important.
