Dr. Margaret I Thirston, MD

Dr, Thirston is very understanding, listens to patients, and orvides sound judgements and advice.

Dr. Thirston gives one of the most thorough exams I have ever had by a pain management physician. She made me feel comfortable and that as a patient I really mattered to her. I feel like I have found someone I will be seeing for a long time. I was having to go to Atlanta to see someone of her caliber. Now I don't have to make those long trips.

my doctor referred me to Dr. Thirston. Alarms went off when I was early for a scheduled appointment and arrived into a plush opulent office devoid of patients. Although having an appointment I still had to wait for no apparent reason.. After a very basic cursory examination she wanted to set up a series of appointments to begin my therapy. She did nothing

She scared me with her abrasive demeanor. She gets mad and is almost 'abusive' in her treatment

This doctor is verbally abusive and yells when she is frustrated and can't figure out treatment for patients. I have seen her for quite sometime now and other people have witnessed her verbal abuse. I am changing doctors asap because I do not need to be yelled at because she can't figure out what she's doing. She also NEVER reads the chart and she forgets everything.... I can't tell you how many times I've had to repeat something to her. It's very maddening especially when a doctor is supposed to help you.

She is a wonderful and caring doctor that looks out for the well being of her patients. I feel like I'm in good hands and she shows a passion to help me get better. I would recommend her to anyone.
