Wait time was way too long. I was the first patient and still had to wait an hour and a half for the doctor to show up. What she said could have been said via mychart message.

Dr. Tracci was very kind, caring and informative.

Dr. Tracci saved my life and had excellent bedside manner. She spent a great deal of time with me answered all my questions. She showed my family a great deal of respect and I'm greatly for that and to be alive.

Staff is very unresponsive my father had aneurism surgery twice with in 5 months of each other he developed complications and tried to call her office at least 5 times a d bo o e teso ded he passed away the next day and I received a call from her once I cancelled his follow up appointment. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the care they give

Recommended unnecessary surgery, very poor bedside manner. Rude and abrupt.

Receieved my 1st schelrotherapy treatment and everyone was very kind and it was less painful than I thought. My only complaint is that there were no written discharge instructions, only verbal. I read on the MayoClinic website that ibrurofen shouldn't be taken with treatments and was not told anything like that by this office. I will be calling next week to find out if there any truth to that claim.
