I am an CRNA and have had the privilege of working with Dr. Verb in surgery for several years. To me she is without a doubt a caring, skilled and qualified physician. I trusted her so much that she became my very own surgeon. A decision I have NEVER regretted

Dr Vereb is a trusted and competant Doctor. She takes the time to listen to me and provides very good medical advice and care. I do get better service going to see her rather than calling the office. She has been perfect in helping me with my issues. I can go to her with any question and she provides answers. I would not hesitate to see her for medical issues.

I have never been treated so poorly by a "professional" physician. Long, but worth reading! My first visit in the fall of 2018 was acceptable. I was seen by a resident, then by Dr. Vereb. Dr. Vereb concurred with the plan of the resident and spent very little time with me. I was given a prescription for an entry-level bladder control medication. I received no verbal warnings of any side-effects. (It had been established in my time with the resident that I had blood pressure issues and took two daily medications to control the BP. Also, I had CABG x2 nine years prior to this visit.) I took the medication as prescribed and after approximately 3 weeks, a blood vessel ruptured in my left eye, causing a large hemorrhage. As it was a Saturday and my GP was not in, I went to a medical emergency office. My blood pressure was approximately 160/95. I was advised that the elevated BP was most likely the cause of the hemorrhage and to monitor it closely and go to the ER if it… continued to climb. By Sunday night when it reached 200/108, I knew I could not safely wait. The high blood pressure resulted in my having a heart cath. My cardiologist said the heart was not causing the high BP, and my CABG grafts were stable, and there were no other blockages. My blood pressure meds were adjusted, and a third BP med was added. It took several more days before my BP returned to a safe number, and I still must take the 3 medications. The Unbelievable Part: After being released from the hospital, I researched the medication Dr. Vereb had prescribed. One of the primary side-affects was an increase in BP. Upon my return visit with Dr. Vereb, I took my list of questions and my research. Dr. Vereb was apparently told by the nurse who put me in a room that I had a "list." (And note here: I was NOT seen by a resident this time; I was taken directly to a room.) When Dr. Vereb entered, she immediately began to brush aside my concerns, and would NOT let me complete a sentence before interrupting me. I was almost 67 years old, and she presented me with a pamphlet on "how" to correctly urinate that she stepped into the hallway to retrieve. She left the door open when she returned to the room. I tried in vain to continue to address my concerns; she continued to interrupt me. She then walked out of the room without so much as a Howdy-do/Good by/Drop dead. While in the hallway outside, I heard her ask an employee "What room am I in next?" I sat there stunned! She actually walked out! She did not tell me to make another appointment, wait there, drop dead--NOTHING! Just walked out! After recovering enough to decide what to do, I went to the front desk to check out. When the employee asked when I was to come back, I said "She didn't say." The employee said she would make the appointment for the same length of time as there was between my 1st and 2nd (and LAST) appointment. If ANYONE sees this as acceptable behavior in a physician, I would be extremely surprised! I did report this incident to the management. I felt that Dr. Vereb was being shielded. After several emails and many phone calls, I told management that I was through with "talking," and would move on--by finding a physician that I could feel had my best interest at heart and worked with professionalism. Fortunately, I found that! I received a letter today indicating that Dr. Vereb had left this facility. I can't help but wonder why she is no longer there...

She ignored calls from me for a month and refused to refill my medication that I have been on for 5 years. She said I needed labs and cancelled my appointment, but never wrote me the lab orders. Then she said she would send a prescription to my pharmacy and sent the wrong one. I called to fix it and then she refused to send the correct one. Over a month without my medication. The last time I was taken off my medication abruptly, I had a suicide attempt. This is ridiculous to treat a patient this way!

I have never been talked to and disrespected like this before. I can’t believe I came to her for help. I have had the diagnosis from her colleague and a prior urologist and she walked in the room with all my records and said I didn’t have what I know I did have and then I left the appt needed a refill for what I had been on for 13yrs she made me come back in to tell me she didn’t like being pressured into refilling it (crazy) as anywhere u would look that’s the first Med u get when u have what I have. She said it’s not for my condition even though it is and she saw my chart where I had been on it and it’s also a Med u can’t just stop taking abruptly. Worst personality, very combative, and doesn’t listen just does what she wants. In and out quick cause she takes NO time with you. Talked to two other people who went to her all different conditions and gives the same meds to everyone. Stay clear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Vereb saved my life when I was in my 30’s by aggressively removing with reoccurring treating and checking for bladder cancer. My family and I love this women as a Dr and human being. She is extremely smart and compassionate. The lord has blessed her with a gift. Be thankful if she is your Dr.

She is a wonderful urologist. I felt like I was talking to a friend explaining things and not a doctor because she makes you feel like you are the most important patient. She explains things and gets to the bottom of the issue.

Helped improve status. Difficult to reach for emergencies, but during office hours is available.

Dr. Vereb exemplifies the meaning of the word DOCTOR! She is caring, compassionate, patient and kind. It is my hope that one day everyone will have had the opportunity to meet such a truly remarkable human being! God bless you and your family Dr. Vereb. Safe travels!
