Borderline abusive. Hands down the worst doctor I have ever been to. She should have her license revoked.

Esta Mujer no debería ejercer, se negó a hacer me un Papanicolau a pesar de que le expliqué que era una emergencia ya que otro doctor en una revisión me encontró algo anormal en el Cervix. Ella simplemente me dijo que ese doctor no sabía porque el no era especialista y se negó rotundamente a practicar me un Papanicolau y no conforme con eso me trato tan despotamente, me lastimó horrible y además me cobró de más de lo que me habían dicho por teléfono cuando pedí la Cita, según ellos por no tener seguro médico. Deberían de retirle su licencia para ejercer, simplemente es un fraude.!!! Pésima experiencia con esta Doctora y su personal peor!!!!???????????

Horrible staff and doctor! She shouldn't be allowed to work.

I scheduled my appointment due to irregular periods because of my PCOS. I hadn’t had one for a while so I went in for a consultation. It is no secret that women with PCOS often have unwanted body hair. This DOCTOR looked at my face and stomach and asked me if I shaved those areas. I said yes to which she responded “you need to get laser hair removal because only men have hair here.” I have never been more humiliated and dehumanized in my entire life. She proceeded to talk down to me the entire appointment. She did not ask if I had any questions or my opinions on birth control. She did not ask me how I wanted to proceed with treatment. She simply prescribed a birth control (which turns out hasn’t been manufactured in MONTHS), blood work, and an ultrasound. She didn’t discuss options. To top it all off, for the ultrasound referral she wrote why I needed it and not that I needed an ultrasound. Due to this I was not able to schedule an ultrasound appointment until the referral was fixed.… The office REFUSED to fax it so I had to drive back to the office (30 minutes away) to pick it up. I am only going back to get the results of my blood work then getting a second opinion from another GYN. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Doctor is so rude and not helpful.. I feel like I am having infaction and I am in pain so I went to see the Doctor and she didn't took my urine or anything and she didn't have me any medicine and told me that I have to wait until Wednesday when reports come she will have nurse to call me and if I have anything wrong she will give me medicine I told her right away that I have my gaynic doctor but she do not have any appointments till 21st and I am in so much pain and I don't even think I can handle this even in this weekend so I came friday so I don't have to suffer in weekend she didn't gave me any medicine or when I told she seems not to care.. when she was checking on me I was having pain instead of making me clam down she was kept getting mad at me.. doctor is horrible but the nurse was so sweet.. now I feel like I didn't even go to doctor because I waste my money and didn't got any medicine.. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. SHE ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY NOT ABOUT HER PATINCE.. AWFUL.

Magarita Gelpi does not deserve the title DR. I don't know where this woman went to school that did not teach her bedside manner or professionalism. I totally agree with others who have had bad experiences with this Dr. She told me that everything was in my head and that I did not know what I was talking about - as I clearly knew that I had endometriosis. For heavens sake, I was the one who had the laproscopes and DNC's in the past. She too did a pelvic exam which left me crying. She told me that I was being a "baby" and that "it couldn't possibly hurt, I am only using a swab". Any woman who wants care and understanding, not to mention an accurate diagnosis, should without seek another provider. She had accurate tests results from a reputable hospital which clearly outlined the problems - but she refused to take any attention to them and called them "incorrect and impossible".. Since when does a Dr. disassociate from actual x-rays, ultra-sounds and CT scans? HORRIFIC… EXPERIENCE!! I WILL REPORT this "Dr." to my insurance company!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a gynecologist. She literally sneered at me for being on a medication and told me that all I needed was to eat 30 almonds and my problem would be fixed ( I kid you not....she told me to eat almonds....). She then proceeded to the exam and physically hurt me, which I told her in a polite way. She didn't stop until I started crying and was very rude about it as if it was my fault that she hurt me. She acted as if I was wasting her time and rushed out as quickly as she could. I wad left crying and no one in the office seemed to think that was odd. I wish I had read reviews about her before I made an appointment with her. I see that many are good on here but I cannot believe that we are speaking of the same doctor unless she just dislikes young girls in particular. I would NEVER recommend going to her unless you absolutely have to, even then I think I wold choose a veterinarian over her. Just don't do it, I wish I could find a way to… report her because she really shouldn't be practicing if she treats patients the way she treated me. She is a disgusting example of a doctor.

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS OFFICE FOR THE PAST 12 YEARS AND I DONT PLAN ON SEEKING OUT ANOTHER GYNECOLOGIST

This was a wonderful experience. I felt very comfortable and everybody was very nice.This doctor was able to teach this old gal something new!!
