I was very nervous after reading reviews. Almost cancelled my sons appointment. I’m so glad I didn’t. I don’t think we could have been happier. She spent time explaining things to us, listened to/answered all our questions. Went over treatment options for now and possibilities for in the future. Gave us some info to read up on some things. We never felt rushed (she spent a good 1 1/2 hours with us). Dr. Meehan was very professional and polite the entire time. I would definitely take my son back to see her.

Good doctor, she know what she is talking about. her accent is a little off-putting, but all around a dependable medical professional

Dr Meehan does not have a good way with children - has no rapport at all. Our son (age 3) got upset during the examination and she just walked away. Disregarded parent input and brushed off questions. Was not knowledgeable about suspected disorder. Brushed off all questions and stated that because there were no developmental issues he'd grow out of it. Mother has same genetic disorder but this was disregarded. Would never go back to this doctor.

Do not waste your time or money! She is absolutely horrible! I love CHOP, but not this Dr. I cannot believe CHOP does not get rid of her...She does not listen to the parent and has a one track mind...HERS

Our appointment with Dr. Meehan was one of the most horrific appointments we had within both CHOP and DuPont Children's Hospitals; in 20 years dealing with both. This so called doctor was horrible to my young child, beyond rude, would not listen to my child or me,. After all that at the end of the appointment her answer was to go home and read about migraine / cluster headaches. Is this the best CHOP can do!!!! .

Absolutely horrible! Rude! Made my ill child cry! Refused to listen to answers and symptoms.. Horrible experience will never see again!
